Super Safe
Utilizing NFPP polyanion technology and a three-dimensional stable skeleton structure, the battery withstands overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, OV charging, high temperature, low temperature, heat spread, extrusion, puncture, collision, drop, vibration, and water immersion tests without ignition or explosion.
The three-sided valve design allows for multi-directional pressure release, completely eliminating the risk of thermal runaway. Its safety rating is consistent with high-standard lead-acid batteries and far exceeds that of hammer battery systems.

What is your MOQ for OEM branding?
MOQ depends on model. For popular 12V30Ah models, we can start from 100 units for custom label. Lower MOQ for non-branded bulk orders.
Do you have certifications for EU/NA import?
Yes. UN38.3, MSDS, and test reports for overcharge, short circuit, and thermal stability. We help you clear customs
Can you match specific BCI group sizes?
Yes. Our standard H5/H6/H7/H8/H9 already cover most BCI groups. If you need a non-standard size, we can evaluate tooling feasibility.
What is the lead time for first bulk order?
Sample: 2–3 weeks. Bulk order: 30–45 days after sample approval.
How does sodium compare to LiFePO4 for starting batteries?
Sodium works better at low temperature (-40°C vs -20°C for LFP) and has no thermal runaway risk. It is also more cost-stable because sodium is abundant.
